We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day plant administration and human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in plant administration, transport management, canteen vendor management, and liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires expertise in vendor management and negotiation. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under dynamic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative activities to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, security, and workplace enhancement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations.
