Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager – Electrical to oversee and manage the electrical maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all electrical systems, minimizing downtime, and optimizing plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage energy consumption to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production and maintenance activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and service logs.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
• Develop maintenance budgets, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate procurement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest electrical technologies and maintenance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing, power plants, etc.].
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, and automation.
• Experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
