Job Description

Knowledge and experience administrating various Windows and LINUX Operating Systems.
Must have extensive knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux platforms as well as experience implementing security measures.
Windows Servers maintenance for IIS, DHCP, DNS.
Respond promptly when returning telephone calls, e-mails and inquiries.
Design, planning and implementation experience with all Windows Servers and Applications.
Good troubleshooting skills on Windows OS.
Excellent understanding of Infrastructure monitoring.
Install, configure and do regular maintenance of servers on Windows platforms.
Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
Responsible for day-to-day operations including User access Management, Backup, Patching.
Troubleshooting of Users problems in OS / network / hardware areas & Data Backup.
Maintain and update an accurate IT asset inventory.
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, Wi-Fi routers, switches, firewalls, phones.
Assembling, configuring servers and desktops.
Maintain and create documentation as required.
Plan and perform monthly Patch Deployment for Windows Servers and Workstations.
Provide timely responses and status updates to end-user and management requests.
