Mechanical Maintenance Manager dehradun

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager – Mechanical to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations of our machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management to ensure the seamless functioning of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for mechanical equipment.
• Ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of machinery by conducting routine inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline maintenance operations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechanical maintenance techniques and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing, automotive, etc.].
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.
• Experience in managing teams and maintenance projects.
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
