• 1. Over all responsibility of production function, optimally utilizing the resources to meet production plans & schedules. Coordinate with PPIC, BD, production, engineering, and HR, quality and external agencies to ensure timely availability of resources.

  2. Must have 10 to 15 years experience of manufacturing zero defect Tablets, Liquid Orals, Hard Gelatin Capsules and Creams / Ointments in regulatory environment & trouble shooting.

  3. Orientation for continuous improvement implementing innovative ideas & automation to improve yield, cost saving and product quality through employee involvement. Waste reduction by improving process & operational efficiencies using OE tools. Implement Quality Management Systems & Good Documentation Practices.

  4. Must be good in working on Ground Level and implementing ERP Software in all over plant.

  5. Sound knowledge of New Formulations and New Techniques for making Tablets, Capsules, Liquid Orals.

  6. Candidate should be Physically Fit to work hard.
