Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
• Purchase
• As per Production plan make the RM & PM Projection.
• Rate negotiation with vendor and HOD.
• Issue PO with scheduled delivery date & send it to respective supplier.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
• Review deliveries against the orders.
• Track the status of any orders.
• Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
• MIS Maintaining various MIS for providing support as and when required.
• Inventory Control
• Maintain Inventory Optimization Level as per target.
• Managing and maintaining the Lead Time for individual inventory.
• Safety Stock Maintenance.
